In January, every superintendent and principal in the state received copies of A Handbook for High Reliability Schools and Leading a High Reliability School. In February, ADE led twitter chats on the HRS framework. Additionally, all schools in the state were provided with an opportunity to administer the level one surveys. The survey results have now been added to each participating school’s digital locker (adelocker.arkansas.gov). You may be wondering how to best use your survey results. You will be provided answers and examples on April 22 at 1:00 pm. A live webinar with Mario Acosta, an active practitioner in a High Reliability School, will be sharing best practices. The link to the webinar will be posted on the ADE website on the HRS page. If you are unable to view the webinar live, a recording will also be placed on the ADE website on the HRS page. The link to that page is: http://www.arkansased.gov/divisions/special-projects/high-reliability-schools-hrs-in-arkansas
