EAST Administrator & Stakeholder Training is designed for administrators of the local EAST program. This interactive training covers some of the historical foundations of EAST, the unique traits of the EAST environment, events, training, budget, policies, procedures, and other helpful information to better support the local EAST program. Workshop attendance is required by administrative representatives of new EAST programs, Arkansas EAST Upgrade recipients, new building administrators, and administrators who have not attended in the past three years but who actively oversee an EAST program.

 

Any administrator or stakeholder responsible for the local EAST program (i.e. budgeting, scheduling, daily program operations, student and facilitator training, facilitator observations, etc.) should attend this training.

 At no time are facilitators and/or students eligible to fulfill a school’s obligation to attend EAST Administrator Training & Stakeholder Training.

 

There is no cost to attend this workshop. Three hours of technology professional development will be given to participants. Workshop hours are 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.  Registration is REQUIRED. Email body: name, position, school name, date of training, and training location. A confirmation email with directions to workshop location will be sent to the email account provided.
