Memo Text

The Division of Elementary and Secondary Education's Educator Effectiveness Unit (DESE), in collaboration with the Urban Schools Human Capital Alliance (USHCA), the Office of Coordinated Support and Service (OCSS) will host 6 virtual sessions designed to help Arkansas school districts recruit and retain high quality educators.  Each virtual is from 4:30-5:30 p.m.

In Arkansas, we are striving to move beyond the transactional process of human resources and think more strategically in terms of Human Capital Management.  The virtual trainings will be used to help districts learn the nation’s best practices in each area.  We encourage any district employee who in involved in the hiring process to attend the sessions below.  Each session will be recorded and posted to the DESE website.

Registration is not required to attend.
