Creating and Leading a Guiding Coalition in a Professional Learning Community Webinar

Arkansas administrators will lead this webinar with a focus on empowering others to ensure high levels of learning for all. The agenda will include:

  1. Why have a guiding coalition?
  2. Who needs to be on the guiding coalition?
  3. How do you form a guiding coalition?
  4. What is the work of the guiding coalition on an elementary campus, on an intermediate campus, and on a high school campus?
