The newly released, enhanced 2019 School Report Card is now available on https://myschoolinfo.arkansas.gov/SRC. The school reports are designed to provide a communication framework to encourage dialogue and to inform decisions within each school community. As schools and districts review the data, school level improvement plans and district support plans may be updated. All stakeholders are encouraged to participate in these discussions.
The report card has detailed information about your school and is available from three points of view: school, district, and state. Also, you may look at previous reports by changing the drop down for school year.
Please use the following link to access the video demonstrating how to view the Report Card: https://youtu.be/HYGckkYF7EY
The School Report Card includes several points (modules) of information, which are intended to provide you with more detailed information about your school(s):
Achievement – Assessments
English Language Proficiency of English Learners
SQSS (School Quality and Student Success)
Achievement - NAEP
Crosstab - ACT Aspire
Crosstab - Graduation Rates
Crosstab - Growth
Previous 3 Years At-a-Glance Data (coming in April 2020)
You can learn more about the data in each module by hovering over the module title, clicking on the definitions button at the top of the report, or by clicking on FAQ at the top of the webpage (see the red bar). Please notice that the modules have colored indicators next to them. The red indicator means that a module is awaiting data. The yellow indicator means that a module has some data, but is awaiting more data to be considered complete. The green indicator means that the module has been finalized with the data needed to complete that module. All modules will be finalized by April 15, 2020.
The report card should spur constructive and positive conversation between educators, parents, students, and the community about continuous school improvement. School districts need parental and community support to help students achieve their full potential. Through the work, commitment, and cooperation of all of us, our schools will provide a student-focused education that achieves success for every student. For example, use the tools (available in English and Spanish) hyperlinked below to engage with other stakeholders to discuss the School Report Card with the intention of participating in the school improvement planning process:
